Just about a year ago – one of Hoboken’s older single-family properties (with a yard!) was leveled to make room for this: Tribeca West.

However – what I’m trying to figure out is the marketing aspect behind this project. Perhaps someone can clue me in exactly what part of this building resembles “Manhattan Living?”
I mean there are many modern, upscale properties in town. And the neighborhood this property is in doesn’t quite bring memories of NYC to me. But maybe I’m missing something.
