Continuing this weekend is Safe Haven – a “romance suspense thriller” starring pretty much no one you know.
You might be interested in seeing it if you’ve seen everything else already, and have nothing to do this weekend.
The movie got crushed by critics for being ridiculously dull, but once again dumbed-down audiences gave passing marks.
Here’s a negative review: “See it if you love this kind of paint-by-numbers Hallmark romance that ranges from the dull to the ridiculous. But please, don’t drag your significant other with you to it.”
As well as a positive review: “Sure, it’s occasionally loopy, but also thoroughly suspenseful in spots and rather pleasant as a whole.”
