Jo’s Diner Hoboken now open at 219 Washington Street
This was a surprise! Jo’s Diner opened up at 219 Washington Street, taking the place of Maru Sushi.
There are a couple reasons why this place will survive. One, our diners in Hoboken are “so so,” and I believe this family-owned business will have a bit more soul than other places. Two, Paco who was the head chef over at Maxwell’s for 16 years – is in charge of running the kitchen here, so you know your meals are in great hands.
Jo’s Diner is also offering a “Mom’s Happy Hour” every day from 2pm to 4pm – where they have a selection of tea and dessert available for parents at a discounted price.
