What should take the spot of Beach Bum tanning in Hoboken?

Well over a year ago, Beach Bum Tanning closed down over at the Wiley Building on Hoboken’s south waterfront. The space is still vacant.

Wonder if the property owners are holding out for a big-name tenant, or just having a hard time finding a client willing to pony up the probably steep monthly rents.

What would be a good fit for Hoboken, regardless of rent? An Apple store? More bars or restaurants?

    A 24 hour diner would rock. A perfect location since no residential is in the building.

      I work in the building and would love a daycare for my twins, the location is amazing and so close to the path/NJT.
