Hoboken residents clobbered with uncovered expenses due to Sandy

For six weeks since Hurricane Sandy, Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer has been saying the same thing over and over, and she says she’s going to offer immediate assistance, but really, is she really doing anything for anyone? Even the fundraising work for Rebuild Hoboken Relief Fund is mostly being done by businesses and other organizations, not our Mayor.

But at this point everyone in this town already knows they are on their own. There’s no true leadership in Hoboken – just citizens with great resolve and the ability to bounce back.
