Biden eats at Benny’s

VP Joe Biden swings by Benny Tundino’s in Hoboken, NJ
As you might have known, yesterday was a bit nutty for Hoboken traffic, as Vice President Joe Biden swung by for some post Hurricane Sandy political appearances in town.
Being schlepped around in a 27 car motorcade must be grueling, and I can imagine how ravenous it would make anyone.
So Biden stopped for a slice of pizza at Benny Tudino’s. However, he couldn’t find the strength for a full slice of the famous “largest slice of pizza on planet earth” – and opted to have it cut in half.

I am not sure about price but I can almost guarantee that VP Biden double parked outside along with what seems like half of Hoboken. Amazing that HPU or HPD doesn’t just sit on the sidewalk and write ticket after ticket. That amount of double parking makes Washington St nearly impassable, slows traffic, and makes people wait for the double parkers to come back so they can get out of their legal spot.
Seems to me if you know where a crime is being committed all the time, it would send the authorities. Maybe HPU gets some free slices? I witnessed an HPD walk out with a pie that “customer never showed up”. Yeah right.
