Windmill said they’ll be open till around 4pm today – but they will cook anyone’s food if you want to use up what you have before it goes bad. Ask for Roger.

CVS on 1st street was open yesterday and they were taking people one at a time through the store with flashlights because the lights were off and the credit card systems were down. The pharmacy is open.
The manager there said today they might have a generator hooked up.

Just because the trains to NYC are out – don’t forget the businesses down by the PATH! For instance, Rome Pizza recently opened, and could use support from the community as well.
Also – Library and movie theater closed until further notice….

Battaglia’s on 14th/Willow is back open ! I love, love, love this store for xmas shopping. So glad they survived Sandy. As a lifelong Hobokenite, I am supporting them and as many local businesses as I can. And of course having parking is huge !
