Wet weather coming to Hoboken

Hoboken is the Windy City for a day

For the most part, we were lucky with this forecast – as the brunt of the drenching rain stayed to our west all day – but some rain will still pound us later tonight.

But if you get a chance – swing by the waterfront before it rains… it was insanely windy, to the point it was difficult to stand! I don’t recall it ever being this windy (even with Hurricane Irene).

Hoboken to potentially get drenched next week

Enjoy this weekend as much as you can, because we may have some rough patches to deal with for the first half of next week.

Weather forecasters are hinting at the possibility of some drenching weather starting Monday night – but especially into Tuesday afternoon and night. Some forecasts are even predicting between two and four inches of rain in some areas, with gusty winds thanks to tropical moisture coming from the Gulf of Mexico (that may also have the potential to sprout some tornados, etc.)

Carry on, and be safe!
