St. Ann’s Graffiti

Graffiti tagged on St. Ann’s Church in Hoboken

The annual St. Ann’s Italian Festival is coming up later this month – but that doesn’t matter to graffiti taggers, who took the liberty to spray this unintelligible mess on the wall.

The is work of a someone who takes no pride in himself or his community. Someone tagged the brick on the front of my home stoop a few years ago, I called the police who recommended I clean it up as soon as possible, which I did and it was no small effort . The presence of graffit encourages more of the same.

I think the police gave some good advise. And it will show these creeps that their efforts are going to waste. And hopefully, they’ll go broke buying more paint or get caught stealing it.[quote comment=”216377″]The is work of a someone who takes no pride in himself or his community. I live across the street from this horrible example of neighborhood destruction. Where were the police when this was going on? Certainly they were NOT patrolling the streets…..oh, and the graffiti losers also tagged up the Light Rail station. I am totally disgusted.
