Overheard on the “back online live police scanner”…
Some chick was “unconscious” at East LA apparently from smoking too many marijuana cigarettes and “bar hopping” since 4pm today.
Supposedly, she wasn’t drinking at the Psuedo Tex-Mex joint, but probably passed out from the obnoxious orange paint and award-winning collection of tools congregated in such a small place.

East LA was a yuppie hangout in the late 90s…how times have changed. I guess all the other bars in town were quicker to yupify, and left East LA with the Kelly’s Pup crowd.
I miss Kelly’s Pub!

I’m actually jealous. Unconscious is the only way to deal with the crowd that hangs out at East L.A. Although I do LIKE the place.

How did she even get into the bar if she was trashed? Oh, the Mayor owns the building and the cops probably don’t enforce the Dram Shop laws.
