The only thing I could add is that Fred Bado is responsibility for this mess too. He has been defending the URSA / Tarragon contract for years.

Tarragon filed for bankruptcy today. We can all officially kiss the community center we were promised goodbye (not that I thought they would deliver b/c they already were saying they needed more variances & such before they would build it). So thanks mayor quimby for giving your buddies at Tarragon so much support and not insuring they would deliver on their promises to the city! Now we won’t get anything at all from them.
