Barsky Gallery adds to creative community in Hoboken, NJ
Did you know that The Barsky Gallery opened their doors at 49 Harrison Street late in 2011?
Russian-born founder and curator Albert Barsky created the space to carry on his passion for discovering, collecting and sharing the bold art form from emerging and mid-career international artists. This modern, converted industrial space is a work of art in itself and provides the perfect backdrop to showcasing a dynamic exhibition of global talent across multiple disciplines – while uniting exceptionally diverse materials and styles.
“As a new gallery, we feel that our anything is possible approach to curating provides the ideal gateway through which to explore exciting new works for both long-term art collectors and newcomers alike,” said Barsky, adding that “our carefully cultivated display is constantly refined to deliver the best presentation possible.”
The Barsky Gallery is proud to offer “New York museum” quality pieces, and encourages frequent visits to the gallery for maximum exposure to the constantly rotating inventory.
Be on the lookout in the near future for their official grand opening bash!
