I have had the absolute WORST experience dealing with the membership and customer service aspects of Supreme and felt I had to share with anyone considering joining. Let me first say that there's nothing wrong with the gym itself -- it is as billed. No frills and always open. However, I was erroneously billed twice in my short membership (under 1 year); once was a double-billing my first month and then was billed for a month after I had already canceled my membership. Both mistakes were acknowledged by the management and I was vowed that both would be resolved. Now two months later and I'm still leaving angry voicemails asking when the credit will happen and it's as though they've disappeared. There is ZERO communication back from them. If you want to take the risk that they'll scam you out of your money in order to save a few bucks a month on your gym membership, than maybe this is the place for you, but buyer beware.

The gym is a trainin gym, not h club, ballys, or nysc, where the topic of the day is what I'm goin too where too the bar tonight. The gym is full of hardcore trainers who are natural,,, NATURAL.... Every gym has its influx of steroids, like nysc or h club doesen't have anybody takin steroids who are members.Every, EVERY GYM has people who are usin sports enhancement supplements,,, Again this is a trainin , TRAINING GYM, sweat, dedication, pride alll the things that most who go too these corporate gyms don't have all their worried about is where is the juice bar... I love this gym and woulden't train anywhere else, the music, the people , and the staff make this the place to be. Remember don't go too supreme if you want frills, GO IF YOU REALLY WANT TOO GET IN SHAPE AND WORKOUT,,,,And no Katie I am not Frank, but for your information Iam a mma fighter who trained with frank for a period and I found him first rate and probably much better than my current instructors..And really who would you rather train with a man who has put all his knowledge out there He IS TESTED NOT THEORY....NOUGH SAID.....
I strongly do not recommend anyone to go to the Personal Trainer Frank, who is the gyms main fixture. He is very narcissistic and very self-centered. They say most trainers can be especially self-centered when they are in close-to-perfect shape, granted, but when the focus should be on his clients, he puts all the focus on him and his personal life instead of helping you crunch out your work-out he uses his trainees as a crutch. I trained with him years ago and always meant to come on-line and share what I and other members who have trained with him have shared that you will not get the maximum results from this trainer because he arrives to his appointments late, ends them early on a whim. Disrespectful to other members that he verbally bashes. Don't waste your money or time. And worst of all, there is no one in the gym to give your grievances to, I have learned a valuable lesson, pick a trainer based on a strong referral program. Good Luck in your search for a good trainer.
First of all the greatest trainer ever, I had such great results with Frank, you should be ashamed of yourself to even put his name in this quote. Jealous people like yourself give trainers a bad name..Crutches are for people who can't walk on their own two , so I
advise you too get one. Trainers aren't crutches , they provide direction in which case this man doesen't fall short. So go bark up another tree, If you ever witness a workout with Frank you will know why I am postin this quote. His work ethic is fanatical and his approach too his clients first rate., even takin his own time too shop with some clients who are not familiar with some of the products in wholefoods....I always saw him too be very kind and helpful, but don't be mistaken this is a balls too the wall workout.. Sands of the seas you just don't make the grade so stop hatin and bashin because in the end you have too wake up too yourself in the mornin.....my advice too you very simply is too GET LOST!!!!!!!!!!!
