  I have had the absolute WORST experience dealing with the membership and customer service aspects of Supreme and felt I had to share with anyone considering joining. Let me first say that there’s nothing wrong with the gym itself — it is as billed. No frills and always open. However, I was erroneously billed twice in my short membership (under 1 year); once was a double-billing my first month and then was billed for a month after I had already canceled my membership. Both mistakes were acknowledged by the management and I was vowed that both would be resolved. Now two months later and I’m still leaving angry voicemails asking when the credit will happen and it’s as though they’ve disappeared. There is ZERO communication back from them. If you want to take the risk that they’ll scam you out of your money in order to save a few bucks a month on your gym membership, than maybe this is the place for you, but buyer beware.
