Psychic license plate in Hoboken?

Spotted this car driving downtown this earlier this week. The license plate read “BAFRAID,” which was funny considering it was right near Hoboken City Hall.

So what do you think this person means?

• “Be afraid, Armageddon is coming?”
• “Be afraid City Hall jokesters, your time is up!” Or…
• “Be afraid – you do NOT want to mess with me!”

I don’t know anyone personally with custom license plates like this – but would suspect that it draws attention to you on the road, and might possibly lead to more pull-overs from cops.
