Suspicious Male

A caller indicated a “suspicious male”, an asian man, tan skin, black shirt & backpack meandering around the area of 1021 Grand Street. HPD arrived and this man was “GOA”. The caller said that the man was “hanging around” for a while, and decided to play it safe before a crime may have been committed.
Maybe it was a Ninja?

He MUST’VE been waiting to do a crime. You know how those Asians are. And he must’ve heard the caller call the police too. Asians: not just good at math anymore.
