Graffiti reaches new heights in Hoboken

Hoboken Graffiti 2-stories tall now!

Yesterday, we shared some discouraging news that disgusting graffiti is appearing in new places in Hoboken.

I left out this photo which was also taken last weekend (on my way home from the Digable Arts Festival at the Monroe Center…)

Someone climbed a storage container and decided to deface the side of this building at 8th & Park.

We need another creative outlet for these vandals!

Not for nothing, but I don’t know how someone could have done this and not get caught….its not like the woman that lives there works or anything she is home all day long and to not know someone is a few feet from your front door and windows painting your house is a little ridiculous. And she has a dog. 😯

I would like to understand the mentality of a graffiti “artist”. First, you have to have no problem with defacing somebody’s personal property. Second, you have to be delusional in thinking that it’s art. Third, you have to be out of your mind to think that other people want to see this crap.

What am I leaving out?

That’s not the work of an artist. It’s the work of an ass.[quote comment=”211599″]I would like to understand the mentality of a graffiti “artist”.
