I also notice Dawn has money from mostly voters & friends. I don’t hardly know anything else about her, but that alone tells me she can be trusted to not be beholden to a bunch of contractors & developers.

I think you are right Matt. So developers just give stack the $, and he hands it right over to Campos.

I believe Stack is using PACs to launder the $ being raised. Correct me if I am wrong, but Stack can donate $ from his PAC to local candidates. Those donations could be funded by developers who funnel the $ through the PAC to get around the Pay to Play law.

That’s a great question. I think the leading candidate is probably Campos – primarily because he’s somebody else’s monster/made up of other people’s parts (ideas), staggers around groaning (when he’s drunk), really does nothing other than make a lot of noise and wave his arms around.
