Paving Slow Pokes

Do they drag projects out on purpose?

Not sure if the city is paying by the hour for these paving projects – but Hoboken411 reader Eric sent this shot in yesterday and said: “The entire crew spent 8 hours today paving 1/5th of a block on Madison Between 8th and 9th streets. Is this a long-term summer project to complete the entire one block?”

411 Note: I recall watching the Hudson Street paving project last year – and they’d bang out 3 or 4 blocks out per day. Not sure what the reason is for the sluggish nature of this project.

frankie if the queen allows the directors salary cuts as well as hers .just maybe they may get a few bad streets repaired..If by now you can’t see how inept this current adminstration is then i guess you deserve it when if you vote for this crew in 20mts
The five hispanic cops got their 200,thousand each totatling to 2 million..Now you figure out who is paying for this tab..City has not won class action law suit in years and the guy that sued the city may be back as an employer at around 100k per year.wow
