Flood Advisory in Effect for Hoboken, NJ

As you saw from the previous post – this week in Hoboken is expected to be “saturated” with moisture – and the National Weather Service has issued an area flood watch now through early Thursday morning:

“A nearly stationary storm systems over the mid-Atlantic states will push a constant stream of moisture into the region through the middle of the week. This, combined with upslope low-level flow, and pockets of convection along with locally heavy rainfall – will produce between 3 and 4 inches of rainwith locally higher amounts through Wednesday night. This amount or rainfall could cause flooding of flood-prone urban areas.
