wow Hoboken411, I can’t believe you missed the scoop on this closing!
I used to love getting my hair cut by these ladies, they always did a great job so I really can’t speak for juliehob but at the same time why didn’t you mention your visit at some point that it was, oh I don’t know, TIMELY?!

Irish, I’am not sure if you want an answer from me, but I did speak to the owner Elizabeth which was also my hair dresser when this happened (a few years ago) and she told me that she had change her mind and wanted some spanish soup, that that was the reason she went to UC to pick them up. I told her that I will never visit her salon again and her response was that the other girls could have helped me. I then ran into her in the streets and she told me that she missed me because I went there every month. I told her that I was never stepping foot inside her business and neither were any of my friends who by the way she knew who they were.
I never posted anything on 411 because at the time I had never even heard of 411.

I always went there. Earlier this month, I parked, put money in the meeter and when I got to Roma’s it was locked and dark, so I ended up getting butchered at SuperCuts next door.

When to Romas for a hair cut and coloring.
The owner put my coloring on my hair and as we all know it takes time for the color to settle in.
She told me that she was going to step out for a few minutes too pick up some chinesse soup.
Well, almost and hour passed by and she was not back. I spoke to another employee and she called her on her cell phone. She went to Union City to pick up the soup. After complaining to the other employee, she washed my hair and I sat there for an hour waiting for the owner to come back and cut my hair. I did not leave because it was very cold out and my hair was wet and the other employee was busy with another costumer.
I told all my friends ,which happened to be also costumers.
None of us ever went back.

Just went to Roma yesterday for a haircut — it was closed and hanging in the window was some sort of Hoboken Gov’t Sign: “This building has been padlocked and its unlawful to enter at anytime without consent of the court.” Soooooo, I guess its closed for business.
