Hertz Connect was chosen by the City after a public Request for Proposals for a car share company. Why do you have such a vendetta against it?

I never said I had a vendetta against Hertz. But it’s apparent the city only promotes things that help themselves, while a guy trying to sell a few hot dogs to feed his family – gets hassled in a quiet waterfront area. Don’t you see city resources being used for more important things? Or are you here just to defend every action the city makes? C’mon already.
