Teacher Appreciation at VPH: Extended!

Hoboken Village Pourhouse loves Teachers!

Earlier this month was National Teacher Appreciation Day. And Hoboken’s Village Pourhouse showed it, by offering a 20% discount off the check for all teachers.

Well, that turned out so successful – that they’ve now extended that courtesy indefinitely! (Just be sure you’re not boozing up during school hours!)

Village Pourhouse recognizes Hoboken Teachers

Some teachers and school program directors (like Paula Ohaus) work hard in Hoboken, and often go unappreciated by many.

Well, Village Pourhouse (205 First St.) understands that – and is honoring National Teacher Day next Tuesday, May 3rd – by offering all teachers a free Stoli Apple Martini – and 20% off their bill!

Of course, they want to ensure that no teachers mysteriously “call in sick,” and get drunk all day instead – so this offer starts only after school lets out!

Is this really a good idea? Teachers and alcohol? Gov. Christie will probably call one of his cronies to spy on teachers drinking at the Pourhouse, hence giving him another reason to piss all over the teacher’s union. He did this at the Atlantic City NJEA convention last November. Can’t wait until this jerk-off’s term ends.
