Two Words: Canine Cluster

Fluffy canine snow storm in Hoboken

Seeing that we got a fresh coat of snow today, I’ll share this awesome pooch moment I captured at the dog run in Elysian Park a day or two after the December 2010 Blizzard that rocked Hoboken.

Snow makes some dogs as excited and hyper as an A.D.D. suffering kid after three bowls of Cocoa Puffs. Running around in circles, chasing, sliding – and in the Canine Cluster below – even colliding into one another. All without a worry in the world.

We can learn something from our four-legged friends: Let loose – it’s OK to act like a kid again.

“Welcome to Hoboken!”

(Well, in terms of the way City Hall and NJ politics in general operate, Oscar is right on the money with the humping.)

Ha ha ha! Maybe it’s a special kind of greeting?

Aw, Oscar…

Ha ha! Oscar looks like he’s thinking “WTF, man! Shake the other way.”

Very cute. I love playing with my dog in the snow. She loves the stuff– it’s like doggie crack.

That’s a great photo. Is that Bronzy in the middle?
