Hoboken Breakfast Nuggets: 12/2/2010
A few mid-week nuggets for this morning…
Earthquake in the Atlantic
This 3.9 magnitude quake was the largest in this area in nearly two decades.
Reports indicated that the quake was felt briefly in Long Island primarily – but some said they noticed it in New Jersey as well.
While the northeast part of the country rarely gets quakes like the other coast I hope this isn’t the beginning of something bigger!
Glenn Beck live in theaters tonight!
The reason networks like CNBC and MSNBC have practically fallen off the map – is because they’re filled with propaganda – and people are waking up. Glenn Beck isn’t one of the highest rated cable news shows in America for no reason.
He’s running a live “town hall” style meeting in Pittsburgh tonight – in part to spread the message in his top-selling new book BROKE, and the show will be simulcast at hundreds of theaters across the country. Unfortunately, not in Hoboken, You’ll have to travel to Edgewater or Clifton (or NYC) to see him tonight. An encore will be held on 12/8 if you miss it.
“Beck will illustrate his argument that – like an automobile engine overburdened with add-ons and faulty repair work – Washington’s misplaced focus has caused the United States economy to fall from its former position as a model of performance and efficiency. During this exclusive event, he will lay out how this happened, why it happened, and what we need to do in order to restore our economy so she’s running better than ever.”
Chilly weekend ahead!
