5/20/2008 Update:
Ladies clothing store Toots & Tallie is taking the place of Anastasia’s (which moved downtown.) Located at 10th and Washington. Will update more as they make progress.
Description - Toots&Tallie carries women’s clothing from both well established and up-and-coming designers such as Tracy Reese, Theory, Cynthia Steffe, Julie Brown and Teyha NYC. We specialize in finding clothes that our customers can dress up or dress down and wear for a wide variety of occasions. Toots&Tallie is owned and operated by Adrienne Kowalski, a 17 year resident of Hoboken.

I recently visited T&T for the first time this past weekend and was pleasantly suprised with my experience. The sales gal was very helpful in pointing out some amazing peices although the store as a whole is filled with incredible clothes. For what they carry the prices are fair, and certainly worth it. I was amazed by how much denim they keep in the store and ended up purchasing a great pair of Tag jeans. Next to the vast jeans collection they also carry a ton of dresses and tops which I was definately tempted to buy. Maybe next time

The only thing I liked about Toots and Tallie was this amazing sales girl named Laura, or something like that. She always picked out the perfect things for me. She also got me into an amazing pair of jeans, even after I lost all hope! Then one day she vanished. Does anyone have any idea where she went?

The name of this store is just annoying! I’d rather go to Bloomies to get my overpriced designer duds!
