Spa Diner Cage Match

8/19/2010:

Spa Diner is breeding ground for drunk nonsense

Several times per week – if you listen to the Hoboken411 Live Police and Fire Action Channel – you’ll hear police officers being dispatched to the Spa Diner on Hudson Street downtown.

411 reader Nick sent this “behind the scenes” raw video footage of one such instance from this past weekend. A girl fight turned into a guy fight and a two-on-two couple fight. What were they fighting over? Something stupid.

Love how the employees just sit and watch and let the drunks tear down the place. No mangagement

Deja vu… all over again, this was the norm for most diners in the 60’s

The Hob. PD handled this ‘hot zone’ incident in a prompt, efficient manner. By the way, this ‘diner’ is one of a breed: general public, judges, lawyers, active and retired PD & FD members, business-persons, and commuters during the day and the ‘fired-up’ early morning party people later…..Later! 😛

I like when people say “Do you know who I am?!??!?!” — clearly, I don’t if you have to say that over and over.

A question like that makes me respond with a question such as

“A d*ckface??”
I like when people say “Do you know who I am?!??!?!” — clearly, I don’t if you have to say that over and over.
Hoboken is the Jersey Shore without the beach.

I still can’t fathom why we put up with this nonsense. It’s not like the city gets any revenue from the bar crowds. In fact it actually costs the city money in law enforcement.
