Memorial Service for Robert Laveratt on August 4th

Robert Henry Laveratt died suddenly on July 24, 2010. He was 51 years old. He resided in Hoboken, NJ for the past 25 years. He was born in Jersey City but raised in Red Bank, where he attended St. James Grammar School and Red Bank Catholic High School.

Robert graduated from Rutgers University in 1981 where he majored in Political Science. He went on to build a prominent practice as a Financial Planner at Mid State Securities in Red Bank, then moved to Merrill Lynch in Jersey City, where he worked for the past 23 years.

Robbert will be missed by his beloved Fiance Elisa Estolt of Hoboken; Mother Dorothy Anee Laveratt of Orlando, Florida; Father and Stepmother Robert E. and Jackie Laveratt of West Long Branch, NJ; sisters Nancie Laveratt Byrnes of Windermere, Florida, Sharon Laveratt of Clermont, Florida; neice, Sarah Laveratt and nephews, Grant Williams, Patrick Byrnes, and Bobby Laveratt. Robert enjoyed traveling the world, but his favorite spot of all, was right at home at the Jersey Shore. All who knew him will remember Robert for his wit, humor and gentle loving soul.

A Memorial Service will be held in honor of Robert to commemorate his life here in Hoboken, which he enjoyed so much for 25 years.

Family, friends and colleagues are welcome to attend on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 6:30pm at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church located at 404 Hudson Street.

The family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to:
