Frank Sinatra Tribute Artist Eric DeLauro and Kimmy Schwimmy To Perform at Our Lady of Grace’s Annual Funfest

“Frank Sinatra Tribute Artist Eric DeLauro and Children’s Entertainer Kimmy Shwimmy will perform at the fifth annual OLG FunFest. Our Lady of Grace Church and St. Joseph’s in Hoboken will host the festival on Saturday, June 5th from 6 – 10 p.m. and Sunday, June 6th from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. in the OLG Church parking lot as well as in Church Square Park on Willow Avenue between Fourth and Fifth Avenues.
Eric DeLauro will sing his favorite Sinatra songs on Sunday at the FunFest Bier Garden, which will be open from 2 to 7 p.m. DeLauro, who is a Hoboken resident just like the late Francis Albert Sinatra, is the recipient of the National Network Televised/CBS Broadcast – International FRANK SINATRA IDOL Vocalist Competition. He will be the only Sinatra Tribute Artist to perform at the International Dean Martin Festival in June.
Kimmy Schwimmy will entertain for the children in the Church Square Park Gazebo on Sunday at 12 and 2 p.m. with a team of dancers and puppets. She is a children’s music songwriter, singer and performer. She has received rave reviews in Parenting Magazine, Publishers Weekly and the School Library Journal, and her music been featured on Nick Jr. Her writing partner and producer is her husband, music composer, Robert Duncan. He has written and produced music all over the world including music for the PBS Television show, “Sesame Street” (the song “Do The Continental” seen on NOGGIN).
The FunFest will also include rides and activities for children of all ages, such as pony rides and moon bounces; puppeteer; arts and crafts; retail and food vendors; games of chance; 50/50 raffles; and a book sale.
In addition to the Bier Garden, Saturday’s NiteFest will have Spanish and American cuisine, live music and a DJ in the OLG church parking lot.
The Festival committee is accepting applications for event sponsors as well as vendors from area restaurants, retailers, non-food vendors and non-profit organizations. Vendors who refer a vendor will receive a 15% discount on their application fee.
