New Poll today – Bagels

New poll starts today.

Here’s the results from the sushi poll during the last 30 days. Robongi the clear winner.

We’ll re-visit in the next six months and add the new uptown Sushi House when it opens, as well as Teak.

No-brainer: Hoboken Bagels for bagels. Antique Bakery for bread.

Hoboken HOT bagels. Hands down. Love the people, love the longevity of their biz, extra love the bagels when I get up early enough to get them “hot.” Yummm-my!

Agreed. Bestest, tastiest, yummiest bagels are at Panera. And thank goodness that there is only ONE f*ck’n Panera– NOT three– in our town!

P.S. Panera also has the BEST cream cheese EVER.
Okay, let’s get our head out of our butts here. Their rye bread may be the best, but they don’t BOIL their bagels, which is the whole key. Panera’s bagels insides are raw.

And hate to agree with the angry elf that is ST, but Hoboken Hot Bagels ARE the best. When i go there, and see the MORONS walking out of Dunkin with their ho-hum bagels, I just want to chuck things at their empty air heads.

And by the way, is anyone else shocked/amused that the bagel place down by Starbucks has the NERVE to charge .15 for toasting??!?!?!!?!? Who are they kidding???
First, it takes one head-up-the-ass-er to know another.

Second, the insides of Panera bagels don’t taste raw to me. Then again, I happen to bring my little carb bundle home and– gasp– toast a bagel before I eat it since I happen to prefer enjoy a hint of toastiness (in bread, bagels, whatever).

Third, f*ck you and your 15-cent toasting surcharge.
