Pilates in the Park: Maxwell Place

5/6/2010:

Get your beach body ready!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 22, 2010 – from 11am to 12pm – for Free Pilates in the Park, presented by Certified Pilates Instructor Stefanie Semaya, owner of Pilates on the Hudson.

This is the second such event organized by Ms. Semaya, and all you need to do is bring yourselves (some friends) and your own Pilates mat. The workout is 100% free, but she asks you kindly RSVP at least 48 hours in advance by emailing her at pilatesonthehudson@gmail.com

In case of inclement weather, a rain date will be announced. Enjoy!

After the last class a yoga student went up to the hot-dog pushcart and said “make me one with everything”. Oldie but goodie.

Ah crap. I thought it said “Pirates on the Hudson” and got excited. This town needs more keel-hauling.

HAHAHAHA…hysetrical, but SO TRUE!!! Looks like “Pirates” in the park. Now that sounds like a much more interesting class on a saturday afternoon!
