Pier Fire by Hudson Tea Building

Not a fire to burn down rent control buildings…
In case anyone was coherent and awake – there was a fire on the completely unused pier northeast of the Hudson Tea Building about 40 minutes in the past.
According to Hoboken police and fire, it was “going pretty good” for a while there… and HFD quickly extinguished the harmless fire.
One, how does a fire start on this pier? And why?
