Hobokenites wants Girl Scout Cookies!

1/27/2010:

They’re for sale – but where? how?

The Girls Scouts began their annual cookie sale at the beginning of the year – however, Hoboken411 reader Emily doesn’t know how to place an order! Do you?

“I am interested in ordering girl scout cookies, but have yet to spot any Girl Scouts around Hoboken! Do you know how I can track them down to place a cookie order?”

I must’ve gotten a deal at $3.50 per box that day, then. Also, my niece just put in an order and they were $3.50 per box. Maybe the price changed, recently. Dunno.

Anyhow, I spent $10.50 for 3 :).

Isis,
I know a girl scout who lives on 2nd and Madison. If you shoot me an email, I can have her contact you directly – ljschwartz22@hotmail.com

Er, I bought some Thin Mints and Tagalongs (yum) from a 9-year-old(?) girl scout who happened to be selling them in front of the Hallmark store on 3rd and Washington street with her mom (?) about two weeks ago. They were $3.50 per box, not $4.

But a couple of days ago, I found out that my niece was selling them, this year, so I will be buying them from her from here on out. I’d support her even if her selling post were in Aruba.

I hate to be a party pooper. I am not a fan of Girl Scout Cookies. My co-worker’s daughter is a girl scout. I bought some cookies to help her out. I will put them out for the rest of my co-workers. They were definately $4.00 per box.

2 ideas here

1 is a Stacks Pancake that incorporates these cookies

2nd idea is inform the girl scouts that it is time to change the pictures of the kids on the boxes, these are the same kids from 15 years ago.
