Impostors are never as good as the original!
I received an email from a Hoboken411 reader, who thought that the Mile Square Mascot was being spoofed on another humor website. And frankly – I got a bit concerned, because this dog looks just like mine after his wacky summer haircut.
However, after I noticed the non-Chow Chow pink tongue and the horrific chain link prison fence – I knew it wasn’t the sweetest dog on earth. So it was just an impostor! You can never replicate Oscar!

Could not be Oscar based on 2nd pic as the owner has jeans on and you never wear anything but shorts, you dont have a tattoo and there are no nice benches like the one shown in any dog walk in town

I was on my way to work one morning. I saw that dog. I thought it was Oscar at first. I thought maybe someone was walking Oscar for you. At the last minute. I was close enough to see it wasn’t Oscar.
