I have been retired for a few years and the place I worked for always had a Christmas or as it was sometime called “who is still alive” party but not this year. This is the first time in about 25/30 years that there was no party.

nobody said they weren’t skewed. You point fingers of blame on
skewing but you don’t name names, just accuse…
Someday I am going to find out who you are and act accordingly.

What are you going to do? Not let him cross Washington Street? Congratulations on making a veiled threat in the same thread you accuse others of being a Scrooge. The spirit of Christmas lives on, the Good Lord would be proud.

I did not say NOT having a Christmas party is discrimination.
I said wanting all city workers “pink slipped” is. Many of us do our jobs and all we ever hear from you is insulting comments.
Get a grip on a real life. We have families and we live here also. NO perks for my job, never did have any. No pay for sick days, or holidays, no benefits at all. Part time pay….
If Ms. Zimmer wants to honor us for doing our jobs, fine…
I will drink my cider and toast YOU and all the other SCrooges in the world…GOD Bless us every one! (or did you find something wrong with that, too!)
