It is books/ideas like these that actually exacerbate the so-called &quot;pressures.&quot;  The title is meant to be provocative or enticing, but is pretty irresponsible for a book that claims to &quot;pass along healthy attitudes about food and weight to our children.&quot;

Perhaps the book is helpful to some people - if so, that&#039;s great.  I think the people who obsess over body image when pregnant are just the same folks who obsessed over body image when not pregnant.</description>
