Mooshu..A pregnent female,somehow looks more radient and has a glow about her..The idea is after the baby is to maintain her prior weight and shape.. Never put yourself down for achieving what a man cannot do..A tip of the hat to the moms all over. In response to mooshu who said:

Funny. It is books/ideas like these that actually exacerbate the so-called “pressures.” The title is meant to be provocative or enticing, but is pretty irresponsible for a book that claims to “pass along healthy attitudes about food and weight to our children.”

Perhaps the book is helpful to some people – if so, that’s great. I think the people who obsess over body image when pregnant are just the same folks who obsessed over body image when not pregnant.
