There is no reason for all this local govt. Should be on a county level. So much overlap in positions. These small muni govts allow for the corruption because more than half the voters work for the corrupt govt and keep them in power. I suspect the piers will be on the list.The real isuue was i believe he stated that the city borrowing power was only at some 28%. While there are a number of items that need fixing and new borrowing for 1600 park park, we need to be careful. But, without a budget you can not do anything.
