Thanks for posting this. I have wanted to see it for a while now but had a hard time locating it. Unfortunately, I have plans, so maybe I'll buy it.

They really should make it available on Amazon or even Ebay.

I just called the number that you provided. I spoke to Nora Jacobs. I went to the website that you provided. I just bought my own copy. Thank You for being so helpful. I have never seen this movie. I keep hearing how great it is. I would have missed tomorrow's showing as well. I'm taking care of my tenant's dog for the weekend. The movie time coincides with the dog's walk time. I'm so excited to see this movie. I can't wait until my copy arrives. Thanks So Much Again!

My late boyfriend was born and raised in Hoboken. He was close to graduating high school. When the burning outs were taking place. He was on The Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corp. He also volunteered for The Red Cross. He lost many friends. It was something. He had a hard time dealing with and speaking about.

I been telling you folks to see this movie, it will change some of your opinions regarding born and raised. We were fighting development before most arrived. Many residents were burned or their homes for condos and higher rent paying folks. BTW, I have a copy and we can always work something out....HAHAHAH, seriously though, I have a copy...i think you can try the museum on 14th street. Ask Ms. Jacobson when you go see this...

This is a low-budget production and the sound quality is not great, but it is powerful and a snapshot of the Hoboken of that time.

BTW, you get to see Dave Roberts when he was a young councilman (I barely recognized him :-) ) and a few other prominent "characters."
