I think we are at baby step 16 of a 20 step process. The day they opened a Domino's in Hoboken we should have had a funeral for Hoboken as a place for creative independent thought and businesses. We just need an Old Navy, but they insist on having a parking lot. Hoboken isn't even sexy enough for Sam Goody or Burger King anymore. Hoboken is toast, the suits have moved on to "maulling" (sic) Montclair and Maplewood now. Will the last artist out of Red Bank please turn off the lights? In response to ratrap who said:

Hoboken can use a burger king and a wendys instead of the same old 7/11...Wa Wa is better but there doen the ocean county area. Had a burger kink 25yrs ago...Hope they return..Funny mc donalds when u order a mc muffen its 2.00 if you order the meal its 5.00 and reason being they give you a dead hash brown..a pisser

No, no, no. I’m confused. I meant having Estaban slurpees with midtown’s friend, who’s an evian. I think. Hard to type with this bolero hat and sunglasses on. Maybe I’ll just stick with the Big Gulp, it’s so much less confusing. Remember, no Double Gulps around young children. It’s a drowning hazard. Did you see those things?
