Do people really think the tax credit is benefiting them? Sellers just price that in, so it doesn’t affect the buyer. I doubt many people in Hoboken who are in a position to buy a house meet the maximum salary requirements anyway.

It’s just more hot air from your local Realtwhore. Lowball everyone, and don’t worry when your shill Realtor tells you it would be insulting. If a seller is insulted, they must not really need to sell. Let their shoebox rot on the market for $500,000.

Ooops, but yeah, it sure is ethically diverse! Ethnically, not so much. In response to plywood who said:

I disagree, too. Walk into any public school in Hoboken and you’ll see lots of ethnic diversity. (Assuming you meant ‘ethnic’ versus ‘ethical’ diversity.)

Maybe there’s not much ethnic diversity coming out of the Path station at 6:30pm, but walk the streets during the day, go to Pier A park on the weekend, scan the crowd during any parade…I’d say there’s plenty of diversity.

Hoboken is about as ethically diverse as a bag of marshmallows, and the schools cost more per student per year than most college tuition and they still suck.

So what they mean to say is “amenities very much unlike Hoboken”
