2009 Hoboken Ragamuffin Parade & Costume Contest
Saturday October 31, Begins at 1pm
March organization begins at 12:15pm on Washington Street between 13th & 14th Streets featuring bands, floats and more. Followed by a costume contest at the Little League Field on 5th St. & River Terrace. Additionally, live music from local bands, creative floats, and tons of great costumes. Prizes will be awarded in five age categories.
Costume Contest begins approximately at 2:15pm at The Little League Field, 5th Street & River Terrace, with featured entertainment from Mother Goose & Earl Hicks.

Cute. The turn-out was huge. Nice to have Halloween fall on a Saturday.
Disturbing sights: teens in the trashy/revealing costumes. I saw more teens in those things than adults. How the hell did they walk out of the house dressed like that?
