Poll: Mayoral Election Turnout?

10/28/2009:

What will turnout be this time?

With the exception of Presidential Elections, voter turnout in Hoboken is typically pretty pathetic. Blame it on the weather, the transients or general voter apathy. Seeing that Hoboken will be having its third Mayoral Election next week – can you guess the turnout? Will the Gubernatorial election help? Will some residents vote for Governor and skip the Mayor part?

Total votes for Hoboken Mayor (including absentees)?

I say one. I think everyone else is over. It will be canceled because Peter Cammarano took all of the voting machine tape readers and is planning on selling them on Ebay because he likes none of the candidates.

Ps. Larry David would make an excellent choice for Mayor. He would double the budget, and than cut it by 40% to make you feel good.

No! We haven’t voted yet so they don’t know how many to put in the boxes.

Hilarious!
Whats the over-under on absentee ballots (bought votes)? I am going with 800+

Sidd Finch must be including Katia Stack’s Union City GLATT-iators. 🙂

My guess is 18,327 come out to vote for Governor but 14,829 actually vote for Mayor.
