Big portions (enough for two). Nice people. But the food is really lardy.

But maybe lardy is good if you’re in the mood for it.

Prior to Taco Truck, this was my go-to for Mexican in Hoboken. Quality food & big portions.

About a year or two ago, they switched ownership and things got confusing. Calling the number on the Hoboken store awning led you to the JC Mission burrito. As Eam144 noted, the two once had the same owners. We were told the JC store didn’t deliver to Hoboken.

We never could figure out the # for the Hoboken store. I did do a take out order or two from there, but once Taco Truck set up shop, I haven’t been back to Mission.

Can anyone give a review of ‘Hoboken Burrito?’ Is the menu and food the same?

I called the number listed above and they said they’re in Jersey City.
Yep, the name has sort of changed it is now Hoboken Mission Burrito, but I walk by every day and it is open
A google search for Hoboken Mission Burrito shows a number of 201-795-5252, I called it and it is the place on 4th. THey said they have a new owner. There is a Mission Burrito in Jersey City which was at one time associated with the one here.

New owner, new phone number and they are open.
I called the number listed above and they said they’re in Jersey City.
I have to agree with Boy Hoboken. They are very rude to their customers. They certainly do not think “the customer is always right” We are regulars and I ordered a dish that I always order, grilled chicken burrito. when the order came in wrong, I called and they told me it was what I ordered. It was shredded chicken…He told me if I wanted grilled chicken I would have to pay again. My husband heard the argument and got on the phone. The man proceeded to tell my husband the mother f-ing lady ordered incorrectly and he hung up on him several times and my husband kept calling back…When we asked to speak to the owner, he lied and said he was the manager…we found out he wasn’t. We want to speak to the real owner and have this man fired!
