Readerpix: Dog Psychic?

10/5/2009:

Hoboken411 reader Rory sent in this picture taken at yesterday’s Annual Hoboken Pet Parade. No, it’s not one of the dolled-up dogs, but rather this peculiar stand set up in the area. A “Doggie Psychic?” Not sure what is worse, the concept itself, or anyone that’s ever paid for this service.

[Stay tuned for the next Readerpix entry! – Note: one reader’s photo(s) will be featured from time to time. Unless your photo is time-sensitive – it will be published in the order it was received! Additional note: Your pictures will have a better chance of being published if they’re in “landscape” mode, as opposed to the taller “portrait” modes… ]

The pet psychic used to have an advice column in one of the local papers. People were always asking her whether their dead dogs and cats were in a happy place.

All dogs are psychics. They always knows exactly which pocket I’ve hidden the treats in.

I’m a dog psychic too. Your dog wants steak.

Just an FYI… I couldn’t figure out why my camera phone pic always looked hazy like this. Turns out that if you keep it in your pocket, a lot of lint and dust can collect on the lens, and it needs to be wiped, or blown off frequently.
