Looks like hotel rooms start at about $300 / night. Seems competitive at least for those with business in Manhatten or JC financial. Much better social amenities than the competing hotels in JC.

look at the lit rooms at night…not many. some nights it looks empty. but keep in mind the entire top HALF of this “hotel” is really condos so they don’t count for the hotel occupancy rate.
i stated over a year ago that this was nothing more than a scheme by Applied/Roberts to get a high rise condo built and i was proven right again.

Just curious H411. Any idea how the hotel is doing in it’s room rentals? Have seen it’s restaurant mentioned by locals in a couple of threads, but nothing I remember about occupancy.

it is easy to tell, go there at about 930pm, see how many lights are on. Id say theyre at about 50% occupancy?
