Big weekend series for Yankees fans!
Even though the New York Yankees are currently sitting on top of the American League East (as well as the best AL record) – and sport the second best record in all of baseball (0.5 behind the Dodgers) – at least one team has held them back from even greater dominance. That’s the Boston Red Sox, who’ve beat the Yanks in all eight games they’ve played in 2009. Even if New York had just split the games with them – they’d be 31 games above .500 and
