Re 5., RIP. An incredible screenplay (& movie), for sure.

He was reviled by a lot of his Hollywood colleagues, b/c he named names during the HUAC hearings.

Budd Shulberg passed away today. Glad he got to Hoboken one last time to hear his screenplay read.

I’m going to tomorrow’s reading. I’m looking forward to it. I saw the other two play readings. Lampost Reunion was about three years ago. I saw the reading of Marlon Brando sat right here. That was back in June. I’ve never seen On The Waterfront. I think a reading of it on the waterfront. Is a cool concept. It’s better cause it’s free. I wonder if Vincent Pastore (Big Pussy) and Gary Pastore are related?
