Mayor Gives Out Farmers’ Market Vouchers To Seniors

Hoboken Mayor Peter Cammarano was on hand to help give out farmers’ market vouchers to Hoboken senior citizens at the Multi-Service Center. Each participating senior was provided with six $5 vouchers to use at the farmers’ market, which takes place (throughout the summer) every Tuesday (downtown) and Thursday (uptown) from 3pm to 7:30pm.

Over 300 vouchers were given out during the first week of distribution and an additonal 300 voucher will be given out on Tuesday, July 21st. The City expects to provide an additional 600 vouchers to seniors over the coming months.
