Hoboken Photo of the Day – 7/8/2009
The waterfront walkway on the south end of the Lackawanna Train Terminal used to be a nice place to get some fresh air, and get a brief respite from our busy world. Not too many people utilized this area – which made it very peaceful and relaxing.
Now that the NJ Transit Pedestrian Bridge is nearing completion, it will give another connection between Hoboken & Jersey City, and undoubtedly become more trafficked.
PS – if you have images collecting dust on your camera or hard drive – send them in for eventual inclusion on Hoboken411! Please state how you’d like to be credited in your email, and a description – if desired!!

Do you think the police will patrol this area?

I hate to get bitch slapped by an irate coffee drinker who walks to Jersey City so they can finish their coffee and hop on the path from there!

Police patrol would mean “work”. Not sure.
At least we’ll be able to walk over to Jersey City with a view and away from stupid drivers. Some good places to eat out there, especially that diner that serves amazing pancakes and stuff.
