In case you’re wondering what the real “swearing in” of Hoboken Mayor Peter Cammarano looked like.
I never knew that anyone (such as Peter’s wife Marita) – could do this? Is it just a formality?

Since Marita is an attorney (officer of the court), I believe that she can perform the swearing in. It would seem that it provided Peter with the authority to act in the event of an emergency. Just my 2 cents.
